Dale has over 15 years’ experience in operations across banking, prime brokerage, custody, and asset management. Prior to joining Aoris in 2022, Dale was an operations manager at Betashares where he was responsible for trade operations, projects and managing key service providers.

Dale has also previously held operations roles at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in economics and accounting) from the University of Sydney.

Outside of work Dale enjoys photography, guitar, reading and travel. His favourite destination is Sapporo, Japan, in ski season.
