Dale has over 17 years’ experience in operations across banking, prime brokerage, custody, and asset management. Dale is responsible for operations, finance, trading, IT and compliance at Aoris, and managed the launch of Aoris' active ETF's in 2023. Prior to joining Aoris in 2022, Dale was an Operations Manager at Betashares where he was responsible for trade operations, projects and managing key service providers. Dale holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in economics and accounting) from the University of Sydney. Outside of work Dale enjoys keeping fit, photography, reading and travel. His favourite overseas destination is Hokkaido, Japan.
