After finishing university in 2019, Baron joined Burgiss where he gained experience in financial data analysis within private equity. Since relocating from South Africa to Sydney, Baron joined Dash Technology group, a fintech platform where he contributed to streamlining Investment Operations processes and developing key skills which he now brings to Aoris.

Baron holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Investment Management, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Baron enjoys an active lifestyle which includes going to the gym, swimming and running. He is a passionate rugby union supporter and also follows the UFC. Baron's top travel destination is the Sabi Sands game reserve in South Africa.
